CECM Has 2nd Race to the Top OpEd Published

The Children’s Education Council of Missouri has another OpEd on Missouri’s Race to the Top application published.  This writing focused on federal reviewer’s comments on the first round application, and asks the Missouri legislature to pass reforms that will help with the state’s second round application.
