How to Use the New CECM Website

Published:  January 10, 2011

Big changes are needed to educate thousands of children in Missouri slipping through the cracks.

That’s why the Children’s Education Council of Missouri is excited about launching its next generation website. The site remains the top source for Missouri education reform news, but it now offers a fresh look and feel and many additional features.

For starters, you can check out relevant news from the Missouri Legislature and other states, watch Education Reform TV or learn more about CECM and where it stands on the issues.
The site features an easy-to-use tool to contact state legislators.  And it even lets the users post their own stories and letters in the Supporters of Education Reform section.

The comprehensive Twitter Lists section documents live tweets of state and national education reform groups.  It also lists all the Missouri senators and representatives who have Twitter accounts.

The focus of CECM’s site will continue to be keeping the public informed about such education reform topics as charter schools, open enrollment, scholarship tax credits, merit pay, teacher tenure and special needs education issues.  Be sure to check back often to see the breaking developments in the world of education reform, both in Missouri, and nationwide.

Now that you are here, we invited you to stay a while and check it out.

Thank you for your support.

And please, share the good news:
